Good to know

The living and dining area of our freshly renovated space has been uniquely styled with coastal colors and a touch of glam. Even on rainy days, you can get comfortable and cozy on our sectional sofa and big screen tv. Facing the beautiful golf course view, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or tea. The bedrooms have been designed with comfort and function in mind. Soothing warm colors create and ambience to relax and chill. The spacious master bedroom features a Queen Bed with memory foam mattress and a private full bath connected to bedroom. Also a separate desk and chair for those who need to do a little office work while traveling. Private entrance to the balcony. The second bedroom features two bunk beds, one with twin beds and one with full beds. A few steps away from this bedroom, is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The Kitchen has everything you need for preparing snacks or full meals. Plus, a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. Finally, step out on the balcony for some fresh air and read a book on our quiet, serene patio. Have a drink, and stay a while! Included Amenities: Guests can lounge at the 4 outdoor pools or use the barbecue just outside of the condo. A children’s playground is also available, as well as an outdoor jacuzzi spa and tennis courts. Inside the condo are Beach Towels, Beach Umbrella, and Chairs for your daily use. The 'arrogantly shabby' Pawleys Island location: Surrounded by lush vegetation, True Blue Golf Resort features an 18-hole championship golf course, a southern-style restaurant, and spacious villas. Pawleys Inlet is 9 miles away. The resort’s restaurant, True Blue Grill Room, serves traditional Southern-style dishes and is open for breakfast and lunch. The restaurant’s Tavern offers a full bar and is open all day. Nearby Attractions: Just a 35 minute ride from Myrtle Beach Airport. 6 minutes to the public beach access. Several FREE parking options. Brookgreen Gardens and Huntington Beach State Park are each 10 minute drive from the resort. The Hammock Shops and other Boutique Pawley's Island Shoppes are just 5 minutes from the condo. Check out the Seafood Capital of SC, Murrells Inlet just a 15 minute drive, enjoy the boats, good food, and great people.

*🏡 BLUE BELLE HOUSE RULES* 🧼 Supplies & Cleanliness: A starter supply of cleaning and hygiene products may be available for your use. Guests are responsible for any additional supplies, including food and beverages. Daily housekeeping is not included. Keep the condo clean and in good condition during your stay. Report any unsafe or hazardous conditions to the owner immediately. Please leave the unit in the same condition in which you found it. 🛋 Furnishings & Damage: Furnishings may be updated or changed without notice. All items inside the unit are the property of the owner. Guests will be charged for any lost or damaged items. Please notify the owner immediately if something breaks. Do not rewire or alter any TVs, computers, or electronic equipment. 🔐 Entry & Keys: You’ll be provided with a keyless entry code and one backup key. We strongly recommend you to use this key during your stay or in case of any electronic failure of the existing lock Duplicating keys is not permitted. A $250 rekeying fee will be charged for any key not returned. 🚪 Owner’s & Cleaner's Closets: The locked entry closet is for owner use only. Please do not attempt to open it. There is a cleaner's closet in the hallway which is locked. 🏊 Amenity Access: 6 wristbands are provided for pool and tennis court access. Bands must be worn when using amenities. Lost wristbands will incur a $25 replacement fee each. 🔒 Safety: Keep patio doors locked with the security bar in place. Lock the front door at all times for your safety. 🚭 Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed indoors or on the balcony. This includes tobacco, cigars, and marijuana products. 🚲 Bicycles: Bike racks are located in the parking area. Please store personal or rental bikes there and use a lock. Do not store bikes inside the unit or on the patio. 📜 HOA RULES & REGULATIONS SUMMARY: Summary Of True Blue Rules & Regulations To help ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone, please read, accept and knowledge these important community rules: 🔥 Emergencies: In case of fire: Evacuate, call 911, then notify the owner. Security issues: Call 911 or Georgetown Sheriff. Seasonal security: Phone number available in the unit. 🏠 Unit & Guest Policies: Maximum occupancy: 6 people total (including visitors). Visitors: Must be accompanied by the registered guest at all times when using amenities. Quiet hours: 11 PM – 8 AM. Trash: Place bagged trash only in dumpsters. 🏊 Pools & Amenities: Use pools and courts at your own risk. Hours: 9 AM – 11 PM. Wristbands required. No glass, large floats, unsupervised kids under 14, or pets in pool areas. Keep music low and clean up after yourself. 🐾 Pets: Must be leashed and cleaned up immediately. No walking pets near buildings, between units, or by grill areas. Pet waste violations start at $100. 🚗 Parking & Vehicles: Park between lines only. Overflow parking is available in designated lots. No overnight parking (11 PM–8 AM) for trailers, motorcycles, scooters, boats, golf carts, etc. Speed limit is 15 MPH throughout the community. No vehicle repairs on-site. 🔌 EV Charging: Do not plug in electric vehicles using unit outlets. Fines for violations start at $150. 🍔 Grilling: Charcoal grills are provided in designated areas. No propane grills allowed (except in Garden Homes). Only electric or infrared grills are permitted on screened patios. 🧹 General Etiquette: No drones, fireworks, or loud parties. Keep patios tidy; no laundry or storage outside. Do not enter ponds or feed wildlife (alligators may be present!). 💥 Violations: Violations can result in fines up to $1,500, loss of amenities (e.g., cable/pool access), and possible removal from the property.

Other Details to Note

🏊‍♀️ Pools: At least one main pool and one spa pool remain open year-round. Pool repairs and maintenance are scheduled during the low season (October–April). During this time, pool availability is not guaranteed. These are the pools available: Pool 17 - 505 Pinehurst Lane - Pool Across From The Condo With Bathrooms Amenity Pool Area - 870 Pinehurst Lane - This is the second closest pool to the unit, and has two pools. One lap pool and one recreational pool. It also has a gazebo and the Tennis Court. Pool 34 - 1071 Blue Stem Drive Pool 67 - 664 Blue Stem Drive 🐾 Pet Policy: One Dog under 25 pounds is welcome. Must clean up after pets and dispose of the waste. Larger dogs or multiple dogs require prior approval and may incur an additional fee. 🏖️ Beach rules : May change each year, please check local regulations before your visit, you can do it at Townofpawleysisland site.

Guest Access

Please note, once inside the main entry door, this unit (E2) shares an interior foyer with another unit (E1) , each having their own private entrances and locks. Full access to the entire space (E2) except the owners closet which is locked. Also, there is a cleaner closet in the hallway which is locked.

I’ve been going to Pawley’s every year for the past several and absolutely love it! This place was exactly what I needed, quiet, clean, relaxing, and a super comfy couch lol. Great golf courses, great space!

Kelly's place was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was very spacious and clean, with everything we needed to make us feel at home. She was very helpful and responsive throughout our booking and stay. An added benefit was it was pet-friendly. We highly recommend and would love to stay again.
