The primary bedroom features a king bed with a memory foam mattress, a private full bathroom, and a large window with a quiet, park-like view. The second bedroom features a queen bed with a memory foam mattress, blackout curtains, and a desk and chair for guests who need a comfortable place to work while traveling. The nearby full bathroom can be closed off with a barn door, creating a private guest suite feel. The kitchen is equipped for preparing snacks or full meals, and the condo includes a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. Step outside to the first-floor patio for fresh air, a book, or a quiet drink overlooking the 16th hole and pond. The patio opens to a shared garden area, giving the condo an easy, peaceful indoor-outdoor feel. House Rules

Baby Blue House Rules Thank you for helping us keep the condo clean, comfortable, and well cared for. By booking, guests agree to follow these house rules, community rules, and any related HOA fines or charges. 1.) Dogs Dogs must be added to the reservation before booking. One dog, 25 lbs or under, may be allowed with approval. More than one dog, or any dog over 25 lbs, must be preapproved by sending an inquiry before booking. Dogs are not allowed on furniture, beds, or linens. Dogs may not be left loose in the condo when guests are away. Guests must safely secure their dog when unattended. Dogs must be leashed any time they are outside the condo. Guests must clean up after their dog immediately and bring their own dog waste bags. Dogs are not allowed in pool areas, amenity areas, grill areas, between buildings, near building entrances, or on the golf course. Pet damage, urine, vomit, excessive hair, odor, waste, or extra cleaning may result in additional charges. Unauthorized dogs or unapproved additional dogs may also result in additional charges. HOA pet waste violations start at $100. 2.) Cleaning, Damage, and Guest Responsibility Please keep the condo clean and in good condition during your stay. Please report any damage, maintenance concerns, unsafe conditions, or broken items as soon as possible. Guests are responsible for damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, stained linens, pet-related cleaning, or any condition requiring service beyond a standard turnover. Please leave the condo reasonably tidy at checkout, with trash removed, dishes washed or started in the dishwasher, and furniture returned to its original location. All items inside the condo are the property of the owner and must remain in the condo. Furnishings, decor, supplies, and household items may be updated or changed without notice. Do not move indoor furniture outside. Do not rewire, unplug, alter, or move TVs, internet equipment, electronics, or cables. 3.) Linens and Towels Fresh bed linens and towels provided. We provide one bath towel per registered guest, plus hand towels and washcloths. The condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer, so guests may wash towels during their stay if they prefer fresh towels more frequently. A small number of beach towels may be available, but guests who plan to spend a lot of time at the beach should bring additional beach towels. Please do not use bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, or linens to remove makeup, clean spills, clean floors, wipe dogs, or clean outdoor items. Stained, damaged, or missing linens and towels may result in replacement charges. 4.) Starter Supplies This is a privately owned vacation condo, not a hotel or full-service resort. Daily housekeeping is not included. We provide starter basics such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and hand soap. Starter supplies are intended to help you settle in and may not last for the full stay. Guests are responsible for bringing or purchasing additional paper products, laundry detergent, toiletries, groceries, coffee, seasonings, condiments, and preferred household items. We do not guarantee shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, sugar, creamer, salt, pepper, cooking oil, or other food or personal items. 5.) Parking and Vehicles Parking passes are required and must be displayed at all times. Parking is limited to 2 cars. Vehicles must be parked between the lines in approved parking areas. Overflow parking is available only in designated lots. Recreational vehicles, motorcycles, trailers, RVs, golf carts, boats, scooters, and similar vehicles are not permitted overnight or in regular guest parking. The community speed limit is 15 MPH. Vehicle repairs are not permitted on-site. Electric vehicle charging is not permitted anywhere on the property. Do not charge electric vehicles using condo outlets or building outlets. HOA fines for EV charging violations start at $150. 6.) Occupancy, Visitors, and Quiet Hours Maximum occupancy is 4 people total, including visitors. Registered guests are responsible for their visitors at all times. Visitors must be accompanied by the registered guest when using community amenities. Quiet hours are 11 PM to 8 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum. No parties, events, loud music, fireworks, drones, or disruptive behavior are permitted. 7.) Entry, Keys, and Owner’s Closet Guests will receive a keyless entry code and one backup key. Please keep the backup key available during your stay in case of lock or battery issues. Duplicating keys is not permitted. A $250 rekeying fee will be charged for any backup key that is not returned. The locked owner’s closet is for owner use only. Please do not attempt to open it. 8.) Pool, Tennis, Pickleball, and Amenities Four wristbands are provided for pool, tennis, and pickleball access. Wristbands must be worn or available when using amenities. Lost wristbands will incur a $25 replacement fee per wristband. Amenities are used at your own risk. Pool and court hours are 9 AM to 11 PM. No glass containers are allowed inside the pool fence. Flotation devices are not permitted. Children who are not potty trained must wear swim diapers. Children under 12 are not permitted in the hot tub. No pets, loud music, or unsupervised children under 14 are allowed in pool areas. 9.) Smoking Smoking is not allowed inside the condo, on the balcony, or on the screened patio. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vaping, and all smoking products. 10.) Bicycles Bike racks are located in the parking area. Personal or rental bikes must be stored on the bike racks and locked. Bikes may not be stored inside the condo, on the balcony, or on the screened patio. 11.) Patios, Hallways, Trash, and Exterior Areas Personal belongings may not be stored in hallways. Patios and porches may not be used for storage. Do not hang laundry, towels, clothing, or storage items outside. All trash must be bagged and placed inside community dumpsters. Do not leave trash outside the condo, on the patio, in hallways, near the building, or in common areas. 12.) Golf Course, Ponds, and Wildlife The golf course is not part of the rental community amenities. Guests are not permitted to walk, play, fish, wade, or walk dogs on the golf course unless they are registered golfers using the course through the golf club. Swimming, wading, or fishing in ponds is not permitted. Do not feed or harass alligators or wildlife. 13.) Emergencies and Safety In case of fire or emergency, evacuate first, call 911, then notify the owner. For security concerns, call 911 or the Georgetown County Sheriff. Keep the front door locked and keep patio doors locked with the security bar in place. 14.) HOA Rules and Fines Guests must follow all True Blue community rules and regulations. HOA violations may result in fines, loss of amenity access, removal from the property, and charges to the guest. HOA fines may be up to $1,500 depending on the violation.

## Pools and Amenities True Blue has multiple community pool areas. At least one main pool and one spa pool typically remain open year-round, but pool availability is not guaranteed. Pool repairs and maintenance are usually scheduled during the low season, from October through April. During this time, some pools or amenities may be temporarily closed. The closest pool to the condo is: **Pool 17** 505 Pinehurst Lane Additional pool and amenity areas include: **Amenity Pool Area** 870 Pinehurst Lane This is the second closest pool area and includes two pools, a gazebo, and tennis courts. **Pool 34** 1071 Blue Stem Drive **Pool 67** 664 Blue Stem Drive Pool bands are required when using the pools and amenities. ## Parking Parking passes are required and must be displayed at all times. Two parking passes are provided inside the condo. Parking is limited to 2 cars. Cars without parking passes may be towed by the community. Recreational vehicles, motorcycles, trailers, RVs, golf carts, and similar vehicles are not permitted. Electric vehicle charging is not permitted on the property. ## Dog Policy One dog, 25 lbs or under, may be allowed with prior approval and the required $60 dog fee. Dogs must be added to the reservation before booking. If you are traveling with more than one dog, or with a dog over 25 lbs, please send an inquiry before booking. Multiple dogs or larger dogs are not automatically permitted and may require additional approval or fees. When booking, guests must provide a brief explanation of how the dog will be safely secured when guests are not in the condo. Dogs may not be left loose inside the condo when unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture, beds, or linens at any time. Guests must clean up after their dog immediately and before checkout. Pet owners must bring their own dog waste bags. Convenient disposal receptacles are available on the property. Accessibility and Availability

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire condo except the locked owner’s closet in the hallway. Baby Blue is a first-floor corner condo, which makes arrival, unpacking, and coming and going easy. There are no stairs to enter the condo. The condo has a private patio that opens out to a shared community garden area. Guests are welcome to enjoy the patio and the peaceful outdoor setting, but the garden and surrounding grounds are common community areas and should be treated respectfully. Guests also have access to True Blue community amenities, including pools, hot tubs, tennis and pickleball courts, and grilling areas, subject to HOA rules, seasonal availability, maintenance, and required wristbands.

My hubby and I had a fantastic stay at Kelly’s place , wonderful location so close to good local restaurants, attractions and beach . Her place is well equipped, very clean , nice linens , bath towels and the bath robes were a nice touch as well !!! We also used the beach chairs and beach towels 🏖️

Kelly is an excellent host. She is super responsive and helpful. Her condo is beautiful and the view out the back patio is peaceful and gorgeous. The bed in the main room is very comfortable. I would definitely rent from Kelly again.

It was my first time going to Pawleys, and I’m so glad to have found Baby Blue. The place was clean and just a short drive to restaurants, the beach, anything you could think of! There’s a beautiful view with golf courses and pools all around the neighborhood for when you don’t feel like beachin’ it, too! Kelly was such a responsive host, gave great recommendations for things to do, and even made sure to be awake for my check-in at 11pm! She was so accommodating and me bring my big, 60lb puppy along for his first beach trip. My heart was full having him there and I couldn’t have imagined the trip without him…I was so thankful! I highly recommended Baby Blue and Kelly. It’s a wonderful place and she’s a fantastic host!
